The sixth annual Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day held in Hanoi next week will feature artefacts from the 1,000-year-old Thang Long Citadel, now a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Many antiques excavated from the Thang Long royal citadel in Hanoi will be displayed for the first time at the sixth Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day at 2 Hoa Lu, Hanoi from November 20-24.
The event is a follow up on Hanoi’s 1000th anniversary, under the theme of“The Imprints of Thang Long – Hanoiâ€. Many activities will be held at the Vietnam Culture and Art Centre, 2 Hoa Lu, from 8:00 am through 9:00 pm.
The main attraction will be a 200sq.m area displaying items excavated at the Thang Long Royal Citadel, which was recently recognized as the World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.
