Dear Sir, Madam, I am a retired former Executive Chef who has worked here in Hong Kong for over 30 years. I am very passionate with history and archaeology, and I still have lots of energy in my tank. I do understand that I have no degree in this field, and I am not applying to the vacant position as field assistance. I just would like to ask if there would be a possibility for an retired individual to work on certain projects or simply helping out in your team. If you need more information, I am more than happy to send it to you. Although I am married to a Chinese Lady, my Chinese is not that good.
Looking forward to your reply. I remain with kind regards, Daniel
