via Myanmar Times, 20 Feb 2018: Moving shops away from the temples in preparation for assessment by Unesco for World Heritage Listing.
Arrangements are underway to relocate shops located around 17 pagodas in Bagan – including famous ones, said U San Tun, leader of the shop owners’ association.
