via Vietnam Express, 26 February 2023: A new walkway on top of the Hue Citadel rampart gives visitors a panoramic view of the city and its historical monuments.
The Hue Monuments Conservation Center has created the walkway on the section between Eo Bau Nam Xuong (inside The Nhon Gate, also known as Ngan Gate) and Eo Bau Nam Thang (inside Quang Duc Gate, also known as Sap Gate).
Visitors can walk through Ky Dai, a 19th century structure made up of three platforms with cannons and a flagpole, and Phu Van Lau, a building located on the main axis of the Imperial Citadel.
