via Khmer Times, 10 June 2023: APSARA National Authority and New Zealand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade signed a Memorandum of Understanding to manage Angkor’s ancient irrigation system from 2023-2028.
APSARA National Authority and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of New Zealand signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Partnership Arrangement for the Angkor Water Resilience Project.
Dr. HANG Peou, Director General of APSARA National Authority, and Jonathan KINGS, Ambassador of New Zealand to Cambodia on June 9, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Partnership Arrangement for the Angkor Water Resilience Project under the high presidency of Dr. Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and President of the Board of APSARA National Authority.
