Dr. Ipoi, with his extensive background in ethnoarchaeology and as a Research Officer at Majlis Adat Istiadat Sarawak, will delve into the deep-rooted connections between crocodiles and indigenous belief systems, illuminating their symbolic presence in communities like the Iban, Lun Bawang, and Malay.

Ipoi, a Lun Bawang native from Lawas and a distinguished scholar with a PhD in Etho-Archaeology from the University of Science Malaysia, Penang, brings decades of expertise to his exploration of crocodile symbolism.
