via Khmer Times, 24 February 2024: The Apsara National Authority, in partnership with the Khmer Cultural Heritage Organization and local authorities, inaugurated a Heritage Education training program at Hun Sen Prasat Bakong High School in Siem Reap Province. The initiative, aimed at instilling a deep understanding and appreciation of cultural heritage among the youth, saw the participation of prominent figures such as Im Sokrithy from APSARA, Un Monita of the Khmer Cultural Heritage Organization, and Prom Prem, the school’s principal.
The Apsara National Authority, in collaboration with the Khmer Cultural Heritage Organization and the local authority, opened a training program on Heritage Education for students at Hun Sen Prasat Bakong High School, Siem Reap Province.
The opening ceremony was attended by Im Sokrithy, Director of the Department of Research, Training, and Communication of APSARA National Authority, Un Monita, President of Khmer Cultural Heritage Organization, Prom Prem, principal of Hun Sen Prasat Bakong High School, representatives of local authorities, teachers and 56 students. There is also a distribution of study materials to students.
