via Xinhua, 01 October 2017: Cambodia reports a 70% jump in revenue from Angkor tickets, compared to the same period the year before.
Revenue from ticket sales to foreigners visiting Cambodia’s Angkor archeological park hit 75.7 million U.S. dollars in the first nine months of 2017, up 70 percent compared to the same period last year, according to a press release on Sunday.
The ancient park received 1.75 million foreign tourists during the January-September period this year, up 12 percent over the same period last year, said the state-run Angkor Enterprise’s press release.
