General Archaeology

Archaeology is the study of the human past, based on the material objects left behind by people. While this website focuses mainly on the archaeology of Southeast Asia, archaeology is a wide field. Sometimes, there are news articles and posts that are not about Southeast Asia but have the potential to be applicable to the region.

Most of the news articles archived are in English, although when I am made aware of stories in this and other languages I try to index them.
