via Khmer Times, 13 June 2022: A special exhibition on Cambodian ceramics at the National Museum of Cambodia.
A rare chance for art lovers to have a glimpse of ancient Khmer pottery set in an ambience of contemporary art at the National Museum of Cambodia.
Khmer ancient vases made between eighth and 14th centuries are on display at the three-month long ‘Blow Souffles’ contemporary art exhibition, which began on Friday at the National Museum of Cambodia, in collaboration with French Institute of Cambodia.
Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, and Jacques Pellet, Ambassador of France to Cambodia, attended the opening day, which also featured traditional Khmer art and musical performances.
