via Khmer Times, 02 September 2023: The APSARA National Authority organized a workshop at Reach Bo pagoda in Siem Reap to foster care, and conservation of Angkor Park, involving representatives from 61 pagodas in Angkor Park and the area under APSARA’s control. The event included presentations and advice from Chief Monk Samdech Preah Brahma Rattanamony Sereysovano Pin Sem and involved a field visit to various pagodas.
This workshop was presided over by Samdech Preah Brahma Rattanamony Sereysovano Pin Sem, Chief Monk of Reach Bo pagoda, Norak Rattanawatno, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Cults and Religious Affairs, and Dr. Hang Peou, Director General of APSARA National Authority, with the participation of about 200 people who are representatives from 61 pagodas in Angkor Park and other pagodas in the area controlled by APSARA National Authority and the pagoda committees.
